Born From What the Pandemic Showed. Built for Every Classroom.
- The Problem
When schools closed
During the pandemic, children with the fewest resources lost the most learning. Many had no teacher at all for months.
- April 2022
NEIEA is founded
Educators who had watched that happen set out to make technology work the other way: a great teacher, live, reaching the children no school was reaching.
- The Method
DOP at the heart
We adopted Discourse-Oriented Pedagogy, pioneered by our founding member Dr. K. N. Anandan, and built the blended classroom around it: an expert mentor teacher, live on screen, projected into many classrooms at once.
- Growing
Partners join
Madrasas, government schools and community centres began hosting NEIEA classrooms, with their staff supervising the room while NEIEA's mentors teach.

70 locations · 12 states
22,000+ learners taught, 1,450+ educators trained and 90+ partner institutions, run by a small team.
