90+ schools, madrasas, community centres and trusts in 12 states already run NEIEA classes. We bring the mentor teachers, the method, the training and the reports; you bring the students and a room.

Two costs, both agreed with you in the MoU before anything starts. Nothing is charged to students.
| Classroom setup (once) | about ₹1,30,000 |
|---|---|
| Classes: 25 children × ₹500 a month | about ₹12,500 a month · ₹1,50,000 a year |
| First year in total | about ₹2,80,000 |
| Each year after that | about ₹1,50,000 (₹6,000 per child) |
That is a live teacher for 25 children, every weekday, for less than ₹17 per child a day.
We agree it with each partner. The cost can be covered by your institution, by a sponsor (a company's CSR budget, a trust or donors), or by NEIEA's own donors. Many partners use a mix, and NEIEA helps you find a sponsor.
Signing the MoU is the start, not the end. NEIEA runs the teaching side every day and keeps you informed, so your institution never has to manage the classes alone.
Your request goes to NEIEA's partnerships team, not the student office, and one officer for your state stays your contact from the first call onwards.
One of your staff supervises the class during live lessons: switching on the screen, taking attendance and keeping discipline. The teaching comes from NEIEA's mentor.
We register your students, place them in batches by level and agree a timetable slot that fits your institution's day.
Every learner is marked present or absent in every class, so you always know who is attending and who needs a call home.
An initial assessment shows where each child starts; periodic and final assessments show progress, and support is tailored to them.
You receive attendance and progress reports for your students. Learners with 75% attendance who pass the final assessment earn a certificate.
Most partners start with one model and add more. Every model uses the same live teachers, method and reporting.
NEIEA signs formal agreements with partner institutions, defining mutual responsibilities to ensure accountability and success. With just a one-time investment of Rs. 1.3 lakhs (~$1500), a standard classroom can be converted into a digital classroom, ready to host NEIEA's programs.
About ₹500 per child a month (~$6), so a class of 25 costs about ₹12,500 a month. For less than ₹17 a day, a child gets a live expert teacher every weekday, in classes that help them pass the exams that open doors.
Fill in the partnership request form (two minutes). It goes straight to NEIEA's partnerships team, not the student office.
A partnerships officer calls to understand your students, space, timings and subjects.
Your students attend a live NEIEA class so you see the method before you commit.
We sign a simple MoU, set up or check the equipment and show your staff how to run the room.
Students are registered and placed in batches; you start receiving attendance and progress reports.
Beyond schools, NEIEA partners with marginalized communities—empowering adults, women, and farmers by transforming community centers into digital learning hubs. These hubs provide education, skills training, and opportunities at a very low cost, strengthening communities and fueling growth.
Every learner from your institution is registered, placed, marked for attendance and assessed. Partners receive attendance and progress reports for their students.

Setting up a digital classroom costs about ₹1.3 lakh (~$1,500), once: screen, laptop, webcam, microphone and internet set-up. If you already have equipment, it costs less. Running the classes costs about ₹500 per child a month, under ₹17 a day (about ₹12,500 a month for a class of 25). We agree with each partner how this is covered: by the institution, a sponsor (CSR, trust, donors) or NEIEA's own donors.
