Plain words about what we keep and why.
When you register for a course we keep the details you type: the student's name, age, class, state and district, a WhatsApp number, an email if you give one, a parent or guardian's name for children, and how you heard about us. We also note which page you came from so we can see which outreach works.
To run the class: place you in a batch, share the class link, mark attendance, send your certificate, and contact you on WhatsApp or email about your course. We don't sell or rent your details.
Only authorised NEIEA staff and the teachers of the course you registered for. The data is stored in NEIEA's own Google Workspace.
We may use Google Analytics and Meta tools to count visits and improve the site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we switch them off.
Rupee gifts are processed by Razorpay; U.S. dollar gifts by the processors on neiea-usa.org. We never see or store card numbers.
To correct or delete your details, write to info@neiea.org from the email or WhatsApp number you registered with.
