Roles

Two Ways to Work With NEIEA

Mentor teacher

Subject experts who teach live to several classrooms at once. You bring the subject; we train you in the method and the technology, and you teach from anywhere with good internet.

Classroom coordinator

Based in a partner school, madrasa or centre, you supervise the room during live classes: switching on the screen, taking attendance and keeping discipline while the mentor teaches.

How every class is run

From Sign-Up to Certificate, Every Student Is Tracked

NEIEA teachers work with a simple dashboard built for phones. It shows who signed up, who is in which batch, who came to class, how they are progressing, and who needs a call.

  1. 1
    RegisteredStudent or parent

Fills the 2-minute form. Gets a registration number and the course WhatsApp group instantly.

Dashboard: New sign-up appears in the teacher's dashboard within seconds; 8 AM digest lists yesterday's sign-ups.

  2. 2
    ContactedTeacher

One tap opens WhatsApp with a ready greeting. Teacher confirms level and preferred time.

Dashboard: Status moves New → Contacted; unreached students are flagged "Not reachable".

  3. 3
Placed in a batchTeacher or admin

Students are placed into a batch (course + teacher + time + Meet link), grouped by preferred slot.

Dashboard: Batch roster fills against capacity; unplaced backlog per course is always visible.

  4. 4
    AttendingTeacher, every class

Takes attendance in seconds: the roster opens with everyone Present; tap the absent ones; save.

Dashboard: Attendance % per student and batch; 3 misses in a row or under 60% raises an at-risk alert.

  5. 5
    AssessedTeacher

Initial, periodic and final assessments entered for the whole batch on one screen.

Dashboard: Each student's progress from first score to latest; batch averages for admins.

  6. 6
    CompletedSystem + admin

75% attendance and the final assessment → completion, and a NEIEA certificate is issued.

Dashboard: Completion and dropout rates by course, state, teacher and source.

Teachers see
  • Today: their batches, class time, Meet link, roster size, one-tap attendance
  • New sign-ups for their courses to contact, with WhatsApp and Call buttons
  • Needs attention: at-risk students with a prefilled "we missed you" message
  • Each student's card: attendance, scores, notes, status history
Administrators see
  • Registrations today, this week and in total; placed, attending, completed
  • The funnel from sign-up to certificate, by course, state, district and source
  • Teacher load: batches, students and attendance % per teacher
  • Batch fill rates, unplaced backlog, CSV export of any view
Students and parents see
  • Instant confirmation with the course WhatsApp group
  • Status, batch time and attendance by phone number on Check my registration
  • A certificate when they complete the course

All records live in NEIEA's own Google Workspace. Teachers see only their own courses and batches; staff access is managed by NEIEA administrators.
