About this course

This level is for students in the secondary stage of education, typically in Class 9. The curriculum builds on the foundational knowledge from earlier years and introduces more structured and in-depth study of mathematics. At this stage, students develop analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and subject-specific understanding in preparation for the Class 10 board examinations and higher secondary education.

How the course runs

Classes
Live classes on weekday evenings, 1 hour each, plus short homework
Batch times (IST)

Teaching
Live on Google Meet with a NEIEA mentor teacher, using Discourse-Oriented Pedagogy
Progress checks
A starting-level test, unit tests after each chapter, and a final exam-style test
Certificate
NEIEA certificate of completion with 75% attendance and the final assessment
